The 'Zarah' dress

This long bridal dress is made in a beautiful, drapey cream hemp silk fabric. The bodice is gathered under the bust, with a low V neckline and a wide band to the waist. The straps cross over at the back, where it closes with a zip and little covered buttons. The skirt of the dress is gently gathered at the front, with a dart and small train at the back. It has pockets in the side seams and is fully lined in organic cotton. It works really well with out lace tops and shrugs as shown in the photos.

This dress is individually made to order in sizes XXS - XXL, please refer to size chart above. It can also be made to custom sizes/lengths.

Made from 60%hemp, 40% silk, lining 100% organic cotton.

A bit about the fabrics... Hemp is often thought of as the most eco-friendly fabric there is. It doesn't need pesticides because it is unpalatable to insects, it doesn't need herbicides as it grows too quickly for any weed to compete and it actually put nitrates back into the soil. The hemp gives this fabric the weight and drape while the silk gives it shine and lustre. The hemp/silk is grown and produced in China.

This dress is made to order, designed, cut and stitched in England. Please allow 6 weeks for making your dress and depending on where you live 1 week for postage (1 - 2 days for UK).
